On weekends we are closed during the day, but offer pickup and drop off by appointment only during the following times:
Saturday- 8:00-9:00 am and 4:00-5:00 pm
Sunday- 4:00-5:00 pm ONLY
HOLIDAY HOURS
Southern Star Pet is closed on New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Father’s Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
We will be open 8-9a and 4-5p on Good Friday and Black Friday (Day After Thanksgiving).
The list of holiday closures may grow as we feel necessary.
Pets are still cared for on these days, but we do not have pick up or drop off times.
Invoices for holiday boarding will reflect one $10 “Holiday Fee”, regardless of the number of pets boarding.
There are no exceptions to our holiday hours.
Our staff works very hard 365 days a year. This is their time with their families. Out of respect and appreciation for their hard work, please no complaints or attempted negotiations regarding our holiday hours.
